The main character, although just a boy, is steady and complex, handling the beyond-belief things happening in his life with such aplomb. I want to be more like him! He’s my hero. All of the characters are so well written, and most are really likable…except the ones that are not so nice. (They know who they are.) As a woman of science myself, it was mind-blowing to read about scientific effects and devices I really knew little about, and the way Ms. Pacelli puts them together is super creative and mind blowing. This is a page turner with lots of twists and mystery. I’m writing this during the pandemic, and if you’re looking for something to read while homebound—or even if you’re in another time entirely—this will keep you well entertained. Enjoy!

Chanel MacColl, cocOchanel Blog ~ Tracey very kindly sent me a copy of her book a while back, as she recognized it was VERY apt with my blog.
