What I\u2019m outing is a confession that I have not explored my junk mail in 4 years, for fear of what I might find there.<br \/><br \/>Turns out, junk mail is not so much a dark place where rejected senders go to die, but a treasure chest where awards are waiting to be discovered years later!<br \/><br \/>My 2020 novel, The Ascender, was awarded the sole finalist spot in a sci-fi category.
